Terms and Conditions

If you are a tenant of AFHCO and know someone, or even better, a number of people looking for a place to stay, you could make up to R1500 for each referral.

All you need to do is:

  1. Send an email to customerservices@afhco.co.za with the following details:
  • Your Full Name
  • Your ID/Passport Number
  • Property you reside at
  • Your Unit Number
  • Your Email Address
  • Your Contact Details
  • The Full Name of the person you are referring
  • The Property they would like to reside at
  • Their Email Address
  • Their Contact Details

2. The referral should be a new lead, which means, they have not engaged with AFHCO on any medium or with any AFHCO agent.

3. The referral information should be sent before the application is done by the person being referred

4. For every successful referral, you will receive a referral reward within 30 days of a new tenant signing a lease and moving in.

5. The reward is either R500, R1000 or R1500 for each referral that signs a 6/12 months lease, depending on the property they are moving into.

6. Only one referral reward can be given per tenant. If the tenant is referred by more than one person, the first referrer will be rewarded.

7. The more people you refer, the more rewards you receive. AFHCO tenants can convert their CASH rewards to electricity vouchers.
