COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. To qualify for the competition, entrant must be an AFHCO resident.
  2. The competition is not open to juristic persons.
  3. The competition will be open for entries at 8:00 on 1 August 2025 and entries close at 17:00 on 24 May 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be valid and will be excluded from the draw.
  4. To receive any of the prizes stipulated in point 5, you have to:
  • Be an AFHCO tenant
  • Sign up to stay with us by 24 May 2026
  • Ensure account is up to date.
  • Like/follow us on our social media platforms.
  • Join the AFHCO Tenant League with your own squad. (Using this code: w6ao0f)
  • Reach the top of the league as an AFHCO Tenant and League Participant.
  1. The prizes are as follows:
  • First prize: The winner will get an opportunity to watch a Premier League game live, in the 2026/7 new season with all expenses paid. The winner and partner must have valid passports and visas. Expenses include flights, accommodation, game tickets and limited spending money.
  • Second prize: The winner will receive two month’s rent free.
  • Third prize: The winner will receive one month rent free.
  • Various monthly prizes, based on social media engagement.
  1. There will be limited cash transferred for spending money only for the first prize.
  2. The winners will be chosen through an internally audited system, done through verification checks.
  3. The winner will be contacted by no later than 30 June 2026 by email.
  4. The winner must accept the prize within 2 days of receipt of the email notification, failing which, the prize will be forfeited.
  5. This will be announced on our online platforms no later than 31 July 2026
  6. If you have not been contacted by the time of the announcement, please consider your entry unsuccessful.
  7. The competition will be overseen and verified by AFHCO’s Internal Auditors.
  8. The recipient must provide proof of identity in the form of either their valid ID book or valid passport and proof of residence.
  9. Prizes are not transferable and/or negotiable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise.
  10. The winner must provide evidence of being an AFHCO tenant or a dependent thereof.
  11. By entering this competition, the entrants confirm their consent to be bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.
  12. AFHCO’s decision regarding any issue with the competition will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  13. AFHCO reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
  14. By entering into this competition, the entrant gives AFHCO the authorisation to publish the winner’s name, surname, images, including photographs and videos, in the media for promotional purposes without any liability to AFHCO.
  15. The Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. Promotion disclaimer: AFHCO, its associated companies, agents and contractors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss, damage, death, personal injuries, defamation, invasion of privacy or claims based on publicity rights arising in connection with this promotion.
  17. Cancellation: AFHCO reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this competition. In such an event, where the initiative is cancelled or suspended, all Customers agree to waive any rights that they may have in terms of the initiative and acknowledge that they have no recourse against AFHCO, their employees, agents, partners, suppliers, sponsors or promoters.
  18. System Failure: No member of AFHCO is responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, internet or computer malfunctions, errors in transmission or any condition beyond the control of AFHCO which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
  19. Any violation or attempt to violate any of the above terms and conditions will result in immediate disqualification.
